I was pretty bitter at the beginning of the week. Extremely saddened by the endurance failure, and feeling worse knowing that I could have predicted that failure and kept a spare part.

So how did I deal? I burried myself in work. It was a very productive week, but I didn't get much sleep. At some point I realized what I was doing. I was avoiding emotional stress... but physically and psychically stressing myself out. Beautiful. Great technique. Wake up!

After waking up to this silliness, I had a much more relaxing Friday and weekend.
