So after years of putting up with lousy and insulting technical support from Dish Network, I have decided to switch to DirecTV.

Just for fun, I called technical support and totally made up a problem and got some of the best support I have never received from Dish. And when they couldn't help me, they offered to escalate to level2 quickly and without me having to force the issue. That was the killer.

My total monthly cost will go down, relieving my monthly costs too.

I ordered the package from their website last night.
