My first welldone Joomla site

So I just gone done moving all of the content from the old static Network Consonance website over to the new Net Consonance website. When I did this I did the very hard work of turning the site look and feel into a Joomla template. Unfortunately a few things aren't perfect -- missing some of the nice backdrop in the menu sidebar for instance, but I'm pretty happy with it.
