Moto Vacation Day 5

okay, not so much walk as ride. I spent the day trying to ride as loosely as possible. Aaron finally pointed out one of the issues - I was moving my body off the bike right at the end of braking. Trying to do too much too quickly. so I went back to basics, going really slow and retraining the body.

sad to be going so slow after the nice pace on Monday, but I think this will pay off in the long term.
