I weighed in at 218lbs this morning. A month or so of sleeping ~4 hours a night put a real toll on my body. After changing my life to reduce the stress last Monday, I've been sleeping 9 hours a night or whatever time I gave myself by choice of bedtime, whichever is less. I've literally melted down from 228 lbs to 218 lbs in 9 days.
As of last night, my head is finally clear and my energy is returning. I am inspired again, and looking forward to things with anticipation. Woo!
