diary of an Endorphin Junkie

I've been in a lot of pain recently, and it has definitely affected both my drive to get things done, and my willingness to be social. After 2 months of dancing around with my doctors and physical therapists, I finally got them to schedule and MRI and sure enough found:

C3-C4: Mild broad-based disc osteophyte complex is seen with moderate left and mild right neural foraminal narrowing

C4-C5: A broad-based disc osteophyte complex is seen with mild right and no significant left neural foraminal narrowing.

C5-C6: A broad-based disc bulge is seen with upright no significant left neural foraminal narrowing

I see a physiatrist on Monday (or sooner if someone cancels) and now we can hopefully start working on solutions.
