  • Wed, 19:19: Today I spent all day in Puppet resource ordering hell. It's not wizardry, it is simply underdocumented to a nearly fatal degree.
  • Thu, 10:50: Sprint has a new tactic for keeping customers. It is impossible to cancel an account. Customer reps can't do it. Been on hold for an hour+..
